Balloon Parcels is a fun, time-limited daily event that rewards you with core gameplay items just for playing! Spend enough energy during your normal daily gameplay, and a colorful hot air balloon will fly in to deliver special rewards straight to your board.
How does Balloon Parcels work? 🎁
The event runs quietly in the background while you explore and renovate the hotel.
- Activate the Event: Once you spend a set amount of energy, the event activates automatically. The Event Window will pop up (with a quick tutorial the first time) and your countdown timer will begin.
- Earn Fuel Tanks: From that point on, you will earn fuel tanks by merging and creating items through your core producers. These tanks fill up your progress bar to hit exciting milestones.
- Claim Your Delivery: Each time you hit a milestone, the game will celebrate your progress and open a Congratulations screen. Tap Confirm to register your milestone and watch the hot air balloon fly in to drop your reward containers!
The cycle continues until you complete all milestones or the timer runs out.

When do Balloon Parcels appear?
Once you reach Room 12 or higher, you're ready to join the fun! The event activates naturally once you've spent enough energy while playing.
A new event cycle will only start after your current one is fully finished (either completed or expired). This means any energy you spend while an event is actively running won't count toward unlocking the next balloon.
What rewards can I earn, and what if my board is full?
Balloon rewards contain core gameplay items to help you progress. When the balloon drops them, they automatically unpack themselves on your board.
🧳 Is your board full? Don't worry! If you don't have open space when a delivery arrives, your unpacked rewards are safely sent straight to your in-game inbox. If you're missing a reward, always check your inbox first!
What happens if the timer runs out before I finish?
The event can end in two ways:
- Completed: You reached all milestones before the timer ran out! The event will reset for the next daily cycle.
- Expired: The timer ran out before you could finish. Any milestones you already reached and confirmed are yours to keep!
- Unreached Milestones: These won't carry over to the next cycle, so be sure to clear as many as you can before time runs out!
If the event expires while you are playing, you'll see an "Event Ended" screen. If you return to the game after the daily reset, the event will have quietly reset for a brand-new day.
Concierge Tip 🛎️: Be sure to tap Confirm and claim your prize as soon as you hit a milestone. The event timer keeps ticking during balloon animations, so collecting rewards quickly gives you more time for the next milestone. It is also a good idea to accept your delivery before closing the app. If the game closes unexpectedly right as you hit a milestone, your delivery might experience a slight delay.
