You can safely transfer your game progress to another device if you’ve previously connected your account to the app store service:

• On Android, connect your game to Google Play.
• On iOS, connect your game to Game Center.

To transfer:

1. Make sure your progress is saved on your old device (you can check if it's saved in the Settings).
2. Install the game on your new device.
3. Log into the same store account (Google Play or Game Center).
4. Open the game, and your progress should load automatically.

If it doesn’t, reach out to support with your old and new Player ID.
